WiXar will be at Learning Technologies France 2027, the European hub for L&D decision-makers. The 2027 edition is moving to a new location: the event will be held in Hall 4 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, still co-located with HR Technologies France — featuring 410 exhibitors, 550 speakers, and 350 expected conferences and Power Sessions.

What’s at stake for L&D teams in 2027

Content is no longer the issue. Practice is.Generative AI has caused the cost of producing a module to plummet. Producing an e-learning course no longer sets anyone apart. What remains rare is the ability to provide practice : putting a learner in a real-world situation, letting them act, make mistakes, and try again. Value has shifted from the catalog to hands-on experience.

Hard skills alone are no longer enough.In the field, incidents rarely stem from an isolated technical error.
